투자의 기본 접근 아이디어는 고래와 군중심리 입니다.

어떤 자산이든 자산의 가격은 고래가 움직일 수 밖에 없습니다. 미디어와 SNS에서는 수많은 대중들이 매수하여 가격 상승이 나타나고... 시장의 어떤 요인으로 인해 불안한 대중들이 물량을 던져서 하락이 오는 것처럼 보여지지만, 정작 그 뒤를 들여다 보면 그 추세의 시작과 끝은 고래(들) 손에서 시작됨을 알 수 있습니다.

한가지 예로, 같은 호재인데 어떤 경우는 마법의 선반영이라는 이유로 폭락이 나오고, 어떤 경우는 폭등의 시작이 되기하죠. 악재 뉴스와 이슈들이 나왔다고 무조건 하락하지 않기도 합니다. 같은 인풋이면 같은 아웃풋이 나와야 하는데 말이죠.. 이 모든 현상의 근본적 이유가 여기에 있습니다. 같은 호재라도 전에 고래들이 충분히 매집했다면 폭등의 시작이 되고, 네러티브는 대중들이 설득되는 아이템이겠구요. 그리고, 미리 매집한 고래가 없었다면 개미 펌핑 후 제자리로 오는, 제자리 펌핑이 나오는 것이죠.

그래서 상승/하락 그 움직임의 뒤에 고래의 행동을 보는 것이 중요하다고 생각합니다. 그래서 각 종 온체인 및 마켓 데이터를 통해 그 고래들의 움직임을 파악하는데에 사용합니다.

The basic idea behind the investment approach is whales and herd theory.

The price of any asset is driven by whales: the media and social media create the illusion of a rising price due to masses of people buying... Something in the market makes it look like a dip is coming because the jittery masses are dumping, but if you look behind the scenes, you'll see that the trend starts and ends with the whale(s).

For example, the same good news can cause a dip in some cases because of a magic ledge, and in other cases it can be the start of a bull run. The same news and issues don't necessarily cause a dip, because the same inputs should produce the same outputs... Here's the underlying reason for all of this. The same good news, if it's preceded by enough whales, will trigger a surge, and the narrative will be something that the masses are persuaded by, and if it's not preceded by whales, it's ant-pumping, and then it's spot-pumping, and then it's spot-pumping.

So I think it's important to look at the behavior of the whales behind that up/down movement, and that's why we use on-chain and market data for each species to figure out what those whales are doing.
